Terms and conditions BellaVino (trade name of Revino B.V.)


  • Definitions
    •

    In these terms and conditions:

    • BellaVino: the trade name of the webshop of Revino B.V. based in the Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 87753545.
    • Customer: the natural or legal person who places an order on the BellaVino website.
    • Agreement: the agreement between BellaVino and the customer for the sale and delivery of products.

  • Applicability
    •

    These general terms and conditions apply to all offers and agreements of BellaVino (trade name of Revino B.V.), hereinafter: BellaVino. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.


  • Order and delivery
    •

    The customer places an order on the BellaVino website. BellaVino confirms the order by e-mail. BellaVino delivers the products as soon as possible after receipt of payment. Delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer in the order.


  • Prices and payment
    •

    The prices on the BellaVino website are in euros and include VAT. The customer must pay the price stated on the BellaVino website at the time of ordering. Payment can be made through the payment options on the BellaVino website.


  • Reservation of Title
    •

    Ownership of the products passes to the customer at the time of full payment.


  • Warranty and complaints
    •

    BellaVino guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and with the legal requirements. If the customer has a complaint about the products, the customer must report this in writing to BellaVino within 14 days of receipt of the products.


  • Liability
    •

    Bellavino is not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, suffered by the customer through the use of the products. BellaVino's liability is limited to the amount paid by Revino B.V.'s insurer. will be paid.


  • Intellectual Property
    •

    All intellectual property rights relating to BellaVino's products and website remain with Revino B.V. or the relevant copyright holder.


  • Force majeure
    •

    Revino B.V. is not liable for any delay or failure to fulfill its obligations under the agreement due to force majeure. Force majeure includes: war, terrorism, natural disasters, strikes, fire, government measures and other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Revino B.V. lie down.


  • Governing Law and Disputes
    •

    The agreement between BellaVino and the customer is governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch court.


  • Modification of Terms
    •

    BellaVino reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The amended terms will apply to all orders placed after the amendment.
