Bellavino Shipping Policy
BellaVino (trade name of Revino B.V.) offers nationwide shipping for all of its products. We work with reputable logistics partners to ensure that your order is delivered safely and on time.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. The charges are clearly displayed during the checkout process, before you confirm your payment. Orders from €50 are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands.
We aim to process and ship your order within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. Please note that this may take longer during busy periods. All orders placed before 12 noon will in principle be delivered within 1 working day.
Delivery time depends on the destination and chosen shipping method. We offer different shipping options that differ in delivery time and price. During the checkout process you can view the estimated delivery time and costs for your chosen shipping method.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and a link to track your package. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please contact us at hello@bellavino.nl.
Please note that some countries may impose import duties, taxes and other customs fees on international shipments. These costs are for your own account and may vary depending on the country of destination. Bellavino is not responsible for any additional costs you may have to pay upon receipt of your order.
