BellaVino Return and Refund Policy
As a customer of BellaVino (trade name of Revino B.V.) you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. You must return the product in its original condition and packaging, together with the return form you receive from us. The costs for returning are for your own account.
If you return a product, we will issue a full refund, including the cost of initial shipping, within 14 days of receiving your return. We will refund the amount with the same payment method you used to pay for your order, unless you expressly agree to another payment method.
There are some products that are not subject to the right of return, such as products that can spoil or expire quickly, or that have been personalized especially for you. If a product cannot be returned, we will clearly indicate this with the relevant product.
If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at hello@bellavino.nl. We will ask you to send a photo of the damaged or defective product and will then provide you with a solution as soon as possible.
If you have accidentally received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at hello@bellavino.nl. We will ask you to return the incorrectly delivered product and will then send you the correct product.
